My First CV
How to write your first CV
Compiling your CV for the first time can be quite daunting.
Even those that have been reviewing their CV's and have a long history in the workplace will tell you that there are lots of opinions on how a CV should be laid out.
I have been helping job seekers for over 20 years and whenever I give out help and advice I remind individuals that it is their CV and they need to feel that it reflects them, that they should be proud of it and confident using it. If you have acted upon CV writing advice and not been pleased with the results, then it's simply not 'your' CV any longer.
This is a series of 'how to' videos for someone leaving education and looking to get their first CV together.
