After a career in private banking and six years in accountancy recruitment in Cambridge, Clare founded Clarity in 2005.
She ensures that the need to deliver results to clients and candidates does not come at the detriment of high working standards and a strict ethical code.
Day to day, Clare is responsible for introducing skilled people to quality businesses in Cambs, Beds and Herts. And when her working day is done, she keeps fit with lots of walking and is happiest when travelling to a new place or enjoying a bottle of wine with friends.

Belinda joined Clarity in 2008 as the office administrator, but outgrew that position and became the company's first Resourcing Consultant in 2015. Early 2020 she decided to step away from hands-on recruitment and now fulfils the smaller but equally important role as company bookkeeper on a part-time basis.
She balances her time at Clarity with her 'proper' job for another local business which means we don't see her a great deal. This is our loss. But she remains integral to the success of the team, is fondly referred to by many of our clients and jobseekers and a great friend to all of us.
Despite being a country girl who keeps chickens, Belinda is happiest when on city breaks across Europe or visiting London markets to enjoy the street food.
Whilst we only hire human beings to make decisions for all the job applications we receive, Clarence joined the team in 2017, long before we were talking about AI, to improve the initial application experience.
He's responsible for ensuring every person gets a personalised response to their application before it's forwarded to a Consultant for review.
Clarence works 24/7 and doesn't get much spare time for outside interests.
