Our Team

  • Clare Wight

    Clare Wight

    Managing Director

After a career in private banking and six years in accountancy recruitment in Cambridge, Clare founded Clarity in 2005.
She ensures that the need to deliver results to clients and candidates does not come at the detriment of high working standards and a strict ethical code.
Day to day, Clare is responsible for putting skilled people in front of quality businesses in Beds and Herts, and when her working day is done, keeps fit with lots of walking and is happiest when travelling to a new place or enjoying a bottle of wine with friends.

  • Helen Koffman

    Helen Koffman

    Senior Consultant

Helen is a long-standing member of the Clarity team, when she moved from generalist recruitment to our more niche market, specialising in accountancy recruitment but aiding local businesses with general office appointments. She has a wealth of experience and an impressive record in recruitment consultancy spanning several years, working both with national consultancies and for small, independent recruiters.
She is motivated by finding people work, knowing that sometimes this can have a lasting impact on their lives. This has earned her an excellent reputation as someone who can be trusted, is supportive and gets results.
Helen is thorough, hard-working and tenacious, handling accountancy and office permanent recruitment throughout Cambridgeshire.
She has young boys so time away from the (home) office usually involves family days out.

  • Belinda Maudlin

    Belinda Maudlin

Belinda joined Clarity in 2008 as the office administrator, but outgrew that position and became the company's first Resourcing Consultant in 2015. Early 2020 she decided to step away from hands-on recruitment and now fulfils the smaller but equally important role as company bookkeeper on a part-time basis.

She balances her time at Clarity with her 'proper' job for another local business which means we don't see her a great deal. This is our loss. But she remains integral to the success of the team, is fondly referred to by many of our clients and jobseekers and a great friend to all of us.

Despite being a country girl who keeps chickens, Belinda is happiest when on city breaks across Europe or visiting London markets to enjoy the street food.

  • Clarence

Whilst we only hire human beings to make decisions for all the job applications we receive, Clarence joined the team in 2017 to improve the initial application experience.
He's responsible for ensuring every person gets a personalised response to their application before it's forwarded to a Consultant for review.
Clarence doesn't get much spare time, but when he does, he enjoys skydiving and abseiling.
