Meet the Team: Helen Koffman, Senior Consultant

I’m Helen and I joined Clarity in 2011, specialising in accountancy and office support vacancies within the Cambridgeshire area, although I win work through referrals and can stretch further afield.

I first got into recruitment in 2002, shortly after returning from travelling. I had been fortunate enough to take an amazing year out, visiting Australia, South East Asia, Africa and India.

And returning to work for me meant securing a role running an industrial recruitment desk which was fast-paced and really good fun!

The natural move from there was to specialise in office vacancies, but when a position came up at Clarity, offering me the opportunity to expand my recruitment knowledge within accountancy, I jumped at the chance.

My personal life is busy and fulfilling, with two children, both boys, aged seven and nine. They are football mad and I spend my weekends watching on the sidelines of football their matches.

During the 2nd lockdown, I decided to do couch to 5k to stay fit and active and 2 years on I still try and run 3 times per week.

I’m a massive fan of red wine and I love to cook and experiment with new recipes. The spicier the better! Thai food is my absolute favourite.
