Senior Consultant, Helen, supports local people
Senior Consultant, Helen Koffman, was delighted to be invited to support coworkers at Switch Now, a community interest company which provides supported training and work experience for young adults with learning difficulties and disabilities.
The aim of the organisation is to help disadvantaged individuals to develop employability skills, ultimately with the objective to be ‘work ready’.
Helen hosted an interactive learning session around job searching skills like CV writing, including identifying what transferable skills you possess and how to demonstrate them to a potential new employer, how to apply for a job vacancy and interview tips.
