No-one needs reminding that 2020 was a very challenging year for the UK workforce and we have more to come.

Those who, most likely, have applied to your job vacancy because they have been forced into a precarious employment situation, rather than a career move, at leisure.

So, here's my take on what is, by far, the most important, and simplest action you can exercise, for the well-being of the job seeker and your personal and professional brand (which influences your ability to attract talented people in the future).
