A large lifestyle and management company had experienced rapid and regular change in their head office function with senior figures moving on in quick succession causing disruption across the team.
Following the appointment of a new Payroll Manager there had been the need for a change in staffing and reapportioning of duties, creating the immediate need for a Payroll Clerk. Such was the need that the business decided the solution was a temporary to permanent solution.
