You enjoy sales ledger and credit control, raising accurate invoices, handling client queries and ensuring the business gets paid on time.
All while putting the customer at the centre of what you do, ensuring they understand the importance of prompt payment, whilst not treating them like criminals.
And you've been doing it for a small business, so your experience goes beyond credit control. In fact, you understand debits and credits, handling the purchase ledger too.
