Resourcing and Onboarding Specialist
Industry Sector: Office
Job Ref: 3772
Sunday 31st July 2022

You've got a background in recruitment, either in-house or agency and are not thrilled with your current situation.
So much so, that whilst the proposition we're about to put to you is very, very attractive, it won't bother you that initially, it's on a 12-month basis. Expected, but not guaranteed, to go permanent at the end of that time.
With your understanding of basic employment law and keenness to learn, you'll want a role that doesn't involve selling but is quality service-focused, delivering on the hiring needs of a professional organisation.
Liaising with recruitment agencies and direct applications to manage job applications within a team that's experienced a surge of hiring needs as the business grows (which it's done despite the pandemic because they have a broad product and service range).
You'll be screening CVs, organising interviews, taking part in those interviews and then onboarding successful applicants. This includes inductions, updating of the CRM system and raising contracts of employment.
Expect to work from home some of the week but when you are in the office you'll find them very modern and comfortable with a subsidised canteen, gym, dedicated on-site parking and easy access to a bus service.
You'll get annual salary reviews, a very civilised 35-hour working week, (9 am - 5 pm with an hour for lunch, Monday to Friday), 33 days annual leave including bank holidays (rising with length of service), a 10% performance bonus, Christmas bonus, AXA PPP private healthcare, medical insurance, free legal assistance, death in service 4 x salary, a great pension scheme, generous family & friends discount on products (that's Christmas sorted), study support where required.
