You're a helpful sort, able to pick up technical knowledge of a product and provide support to customers calling in with queries.
And maybe it would suit your lifestyle to dodge the worst of the rush hour on your daily commute, but work a Saturday morning here and there (taking hours off in the week).
Where, once you'd picked up the basics, you'd build on that technical knowledge. Because you're going to be on the receiving end of calls from staff at two major retailers who hold your company product and something has gone wrong.
Rarely flustered, you'll handle those calls, listening to concerns and providing support and advice. Needless to say, your problem solving skills are pretty hot. And sometimes that person on the end of the phone is anxious and you'll need to be confident, personable and able to assert yourself if necessary to get the issue fixed.

You'll work 35 hours a week, 8.30am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday and be on the rota for the odd Saturday morning.
