You've got experience in a telephone based customer service role, love providing a first class service to your customers every time. And you're great at it, naturally.
Courtesy, warmth and professionalism when dealing with customers is second nature. Which means that you quickly grow relationships with internal and external customers.
You pick up technical information on products pretty quickly because in your next move you'll need to get familiar with the products.
Logging support calls, scheduling work, maintaining the service directory. Providing quotes, raising purchase orders and managing email inboxes.
You're going to be pretty busy, working for a company that trains, develops and supports you every step of the way. With genuine career prospects. And we really mean genuine.
You'll work 35 hours per week on a shift pattern of 8am to 4pm / 9am to 5pm / 10am to 6pm. And you'll be paid well with a benefits scheme including a generous pension, life assurance and 30 days annual leave (including bank holidays).
