Clarity is excited to be assisting this global, award winning, rapidly expanding organisation celebrating longevity in business in their search for a Financial Controller.
Reporting into the board of Directors, this is an exciting opportunity to head up the newest division of the business working very closely with the General Manager. This role is incredibly hands on and will manage the finance function, ensuring deadlines are met.
Responsibilities will include:-
Management accounts
Budgeting/forecasting
Profit and loss
Variance analysis
Statutory accounts
Manage the audit process
Oversee company fleet
You will need to be commercially minded with demonstrable experience in an ever evolving environment. Not afraid to make decisions, you will have the capacity to liaise with non-technical colleagues with regards to strategically moving the business forward. Ideally you will have been involved in negotiating contracts within a rental
This is not a role for a back office accountant, there are ambitious and achievable growth plans in place and the potential for progression is most certainly available for the right candidate.
