Customer Services Administrator (German speaking) (J186 - Office and Executive

Location: St Neots Cambridgeshire
Basic Salary: £16,000 Per Annum

Clarity Appointments is delighted to be assisting our Client who are looking to expand their Customer Service team.

The successful candidates should be fluent in German; the addition of either French or Spanish would be an advantage. Must be able to demonstrate excellent customer service skills, be PC literate, and able to work on own initiative as well as part of a team.

Principle Responsibilities:
• Telephone support for both new and existing customers.
• Process orders received via various communication channels.
• A proactive approach to customer retention.
• A comprehensive understanding of the Company’s products and business model.
• A willingness to promote the Company at events/visits in both the UK and Europe.
• Offer additional support to all areas of the business.
• Assist the Company in maintaining its goal of world class customer service.
• A general understanding of Microsoft software, specifically Excel, would be preferred but not essential.
• The ability to navigate external courier websites to resolve parcel queries.

Benefits:
• Working hours – 37.5 per week between the hours of 8am-6pm
• Holidays – 22 days
• Contributory Pension Scheme (after 3 months).
• Contributory Health Scheme (after 3 months).
