We are a team of professional, experienced and friendly people, all balancing work with busy home lives. Working within an within an industry that we all know and love, we always welcome new people who have the same passion as us.

With the majority of our staff working part time, they appreciate the company policy to issue laptops and company mobile phones to enable them to work flexibly, enabling busy consultants to earn commission whilst balancing their home lives.

Our modern, air conditioned office is at Wyboston Lakes, Bedfordshire, based in beautiful grounds next to a gym and pool where we get discounted membership. From this location, we service clients across Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire and Hertfordshire with a couple of clients in Northamptonshire and London.

Our family friendly policies mean that as well as a competitive salary, commission and bonus schemes, Clarity employees also get 30 days holiday including bank holidays (with Christmas closure), paid sick leave following 12 months continuous service, access to a group private health care scheme, group life assurance with cover 4 x salary and a contributory group pension plan (3% employee, 5.5% employer).

We are REC members with IRP Advocacy, offering our staff free corporate membership. We invest in training and development with monthly staff reviews to ensure the company remains on track and employee issues can be aired on a regular basis, rather than annual box ticking exercises which, in our experience, are often pointless.

Our founder and Managing Director is a Regional Director for T.E.A.M, (The Employment Agents Movement), the UK’s largest network of independent recruiters, meaning that we work in collaboration with other independent recruitment agencies to offer an extended service to our clients and candidates. It also ensures that we stay abreast of industry news, legislation and technology to stay ahead of our competitors.
