KPMG & REC Report on Jobs April 2021

Clare Wight says "Along with the spring weather and the positivity of people milling about in shopping centres and outside pubs this week, the results of the latest survey express the good vibes that are being felt generally.

I talk to a lot of recruiters so see the industry as a whole, as well as my own sector and geographical challenges and I'm surprised by the results of the survey, but encouraged. It suggests that recovery is on the way. It was always coming, and we expected it to be in the spring so it's right on time. But some areas are not quite feeling it just yet ...."
