Talking Recruitment in 2019 and beyond

Yesterday our founder and managing director, Clare Wight, attended a lunch in London to discuss humanisation in an automated world, the talent attraction dichotomy, shifting workforce expectations and the recruitment revolution.

The Recruitment Leaders Lunch was run by Members Only and the purpose of attending was to debate and understand what Clarity Appointments can do to ensure they continue to improve the candidate experience in an age of technological advances in the recruitment industry.

In 2020 we launched a new approach to handling unsuitable job applications, using video in our email responses. According to the overwhelmingly positive feedback we have received, this approach has been transformational to the candidate experience.
