You have worked your way up to a senior Tax Manager and it’s hard to know when the time is right to take that jump and move to a new firm.

It will be hard to leave your existing clients and the colleagues you have worked alongside for so many years, however, you don’t feel you are going to get that opportunity to make Partner – So you find yourself looking for alternatives.

You want to work for an established firm, medium-sized, one with a few offices that can offer you the route to partner in the very near future. One that values your experience, the skill you bring and understands your need for a clear career path.

They understand because they have ‘grown their own’ partners over the years.

You are CTA qualified or right near the end of your studies and have great knowledge within the tax area. Maybe you are working in both tax and accounting and would like to continue with that split. This firm will look at applications from both.

Your client base will be diverse working with larger international companies to individuals and start-ups. Industry types will be diverse however they do specialise with some sectors including charities and academies.

The workload will include both personal and corporation tax.

You’ll work for an employer that offers you an excellent progression opportunity, in a friendly and professional environment.

Standard hours are 37.5 per week, however, they will look at flexi hours and part-time for the right person. Annual leave and benefits can be discussed on what package you are looking for, but are competitive and negotiable.
