You're a management accountant, at least part qualified, and looking to move to a healthy working environment that offers you a work/life balance, the opportunity to progress, a friendly atmosphere and a business that's not just stable, but growing.
This role offers you a hybrid-working model with much of your time home-based.
It's been newly created for you, working across multiple businesses, doing lots of analysis work, reconciliations and forecasts, as well as journal processing, accruals and prepayments and depreciation.
The role goes further into assisting to design and implement internal processes and procedures and will be an enjoyable and challenging post within a supportive and friendly team.
ACCA or CIMA qualified, technically sound with a granular level of detail and from an SME background, you enjoy being more visible and hands-on than in a big corporate.
You'll be working within a business that has grown in an extraordinary way in the past four years alone, whilst already being well established, and continuing to invest in the future.
Working from home much of the time (after you've undertaken any training), when you're in the office you'll enjoy a rural location with parking onsite, so no frustrating commute.
This is an organisation where the CEO, despite many years in the business, is so innovative that he's considered a pioneer in his industry.
And a sector that can only keep growing. Because the area it works in is absolutely essential and its potential customers just keep on growing.
It's a 40-hour week but they're pretty flexible about how those hours are made up, provided core hours are covered daily. So if that's 8.30 am to 4.30 pm, fine. If it's 9 to 5. Also all right. And you'll not have to be in the office every day.
You'll have the chance to shine and be part of something special. And you'll work for and with some lovely people who are valued.
