You’re a qualified accountant either CIMA/ACA or ACCA with experience in financial reporting and enhancing processes and procedural elements of finance systems.

With one eye on what other opportunities are out there.

Whether it’s because you’re looking for more flexibility, working closer to home, for a business that’s very well-established and continues to grow. One where you’ll have the ear of the Finance Director who’s keen for you to bring in new ideas and implement them.

Perhaps you’d like to be working for a Finance Director who talks so excitedly about a brand-new opportunity that the company offers and is proud of her well-established team.

But needs someone like you to come in with your experience and great ideas, to help drive the business into the next phase of growth.

This position would be working for a team that’s not highly corporate but where everyone understands that whilst they have an area of personal responsibility, they help each other, mucking in when it's necessary to get tasks completed. Where new ideas are heard and regularly implemented.

Day to day you’ll report directly to the FD and closely with the management accounts team to provide the lead on the financial analysis during the month-end process, assisting with the monthly management reporting and providing support on budgets and forecasts, identifying cost savings.

You’ll be reviewing systems and processes to improve efficiency and be the link between IT support functions and capturing the data and the finance team.

All for a company that’s not just grown year on year but continues to diversify, offering a wide range of products and services for businesses and consumers alike across the £200m t/o group.

All within sectors that don’t seem to ever stop growing. And growing.

You’ll work a 40 hour week, but there will be flexibility around your needs, provided core hours are covered daily. Normal hours are 8 am to 5 pm Monday to Friday.

It’ll be office-based, but you will have the flexibility to work from home also.

Benefits include 33 days holiday, including bank holidays and a health insurance plan.
