You're a skilled administrator and committed to an HR generalist role as part of your career development. In fact you might have already gained a little experience in an HR department or studying CIPD.

You probably enjoy your job but are concerned that the progression isn't there. Maybe you'd prefer something busier?

Picture yourself working for a large, growing business, working in a very fast-paced environment with a buzzing, happy team. You will be assisting a team of HR Advisors with all their HR administration. Your duties will include employee absence management, processing new starters, processing leavers on the HR system and dealing with paternity & maternity requests. Not only that, but you'll be managing the eye care scheme for all employees, dealing with the post, and scanning/filing confidential information.

To be successful in this role, you will be committed, capable of processing large volumes of data, be extremely organised and a team player. You'll be able to use your outstanding communication skills and as someone who enjoys multi-tasking, you'll absolutely love it here.

If you have previous knowledge/experience of HR processes, that would be an advantage, although full training will be provided, but a commitment to a career in HR is essential.

Your salary and benefits package is excellent, including the opportunity to progress in HR in the future, 28 days holiday (including bank holidays), and eligibility to join the company pension scheme. The hours are 8.30am to 5pm with an hour for lunch and the starting salary is £18k but increases to £20,000 on completion of a six month probationary period.
