You have experience of delivering bids. Supporting a sales team to win business and ensuring the customer gets what they want and within agreed timescales.
With your advanced Excel skills, you'll produce new quotes, manage contacts in the billing system and raise invoices. You'll keep price files up to date (in Excel), process purchase orders and make contract amendments. So, of course, attention to detail will be high on your list of attributes.
Working in a small team, you'll help coordinate the work flow and be the escalation point when queries arise. Therefore, an important team member.
