Reporting to: Warehouse Manager

Clarity Appointments are delighted to be working alongside our Client who are looking to recruit a Customer Sales Administrator with knowledge of SAP

You will be responsible for making sure that customer orders are processed and administered effectively providing an integral part in ensuring that our Clients customers receive the best possible service level.

To do this, you will need to be a disciplined and focused individual, able to work under pressure and able to make informed choices about how best to achieve our Customer Service Levels.

Duties:

To administer the complete order cycle from receipt to pick & despatch.
You will liaise closely with your internal customers
Generate daily pick & despatch schedule and ensuring that the information relating to each delivery is accurate and achievable.
You will be making difficult choices when we cannot meet our customer demands. You will be speaking directly to customers and agreeing actions to resolve out-of-stocks. You’ll do this via internal consultation and report and inform internally and to the customer
An ongoing awareness of our clients Supply Chain and stock position in terms of physical stock available and stock en-route is needed to ensure that communication and reporting is clear, concise and accurate.
To prepare, maintain and report on internal contract balances and to provide periodic updates to the Board of Directors and the Commercial Team.
You will be responsible for making sure that the IT Systems reflect our current pricing agreements with our customers.
Ensuring that all returns from customers are controlled and reported internally and reasons identified. Linked with the incident reporting, this will form a key part of the Service Level achievement.
You are required to record on a daily basis the number of pallets despatched & received from your customer base.

You will have advanced excel skills, knowledge of SAP and be able to communicate with confidence and Clarity in sometimes difficult situations.
