I am pleased to be working with a Letchworth client to find a Senior Management Accountant to consolidate the divisional management accounts and budget packs.
A CCAB qualified accountant with extensive experience in a management accounts post within a complex commercial role and unafraid of a evolving and changing environment, you will have effective management skills, advanced Excel skills and able to interpret complex financial data.
Responsibilities include;
* Managing a team of 5
* Managing the management accounts and budget packs, ensuring all transactions are accounted for, using JD Edwards.
* Optimising the use of financial and reporting systems to improve efficiency
* Preparing and developing the group management account packs with supporting analysis
* Prepare the monthly P&L forecasts
* Ensure the integrity of the GL
* Ensure compliance of accounting regulations.
This vacancy is the result of a team restructure and is working for a large, successful £multi million t/o organisation.
Hours are 9-5 (37.5 hours per week) and a competitive remuneration package is on offer including 25 days annual leave, healthcare and pension.
