Location:	Bedford - Bedfordshire
Basic Salary:	£25,000 - £ 27,000 Per Annum

Responsible for a dedicated, long serving team of 8, you will fill a fundamental position and be able to hit the ground running.

The department is about to undergo a transformation and you will be responsible for streamlining processes, assisting in redefining strategies and implementing any necessary changes whilst maintaining crucial support for the team.

You will have a solid customer services background and have managed a successful team, ideally during a period of change. Of course, your communication skills will be unquestionable. A positive, professional approach along with a commercial work ethos is a must as is the ability to lead and mentor. Essentially you will be a strong team player with ideas to bring to the table.

Confident in recruiting, appraisals and monitoring KPI's your leadership skills will be utilised to their maximum.

This is an immediate start position and my client is hoping to instate the successful candidate as soon as possible.

The salary will be in the region of £25-27K dependent on experience.
