The Clarity Appointments team are thrilled to be celebrating the company's 5th birthday this month!
Despite a very difficult economic climate Clarity has grown its team in recent months putting itself in an even stronger position for the future, delivering excellence to local clients and candidates alike.
We put this success down to the strengthening of existing client relationships as well as continuing to build our client base and spending an increasing amount of time vetting, preparing and meeting suitable candidates in a marketplace flooded with work seekers to ensure we work with the very best people the market can offer.
The recruitment market place has been at its toughest ever but we have remained focussed on the area in which we excel; accountancy recruitment and as a result we are stronger for it. We look forward to the marking of 5 years with our clients and candidates this month, particularly celebrating the loyalty and dedication of our temps.

The Clarity team is excited to announce they are expanding and as a result welcomes the arrival of a new Consultant, Donna Wagstaff.
Donna started her career in recruitment 4 years ago and has a wealth of experience in the local recruitment market.

The new offices mean great access to client and candidates along the A1 corridor. With professional office premises and comfortable surroundings Wyboston Lakes promotes client entertainment and a great environment to meet candidates is a relaxed atmosphere.
Company Name Change and Relaunch
VWA Recruitment Ltd undergoes an MBO and is sold to Clare Wight & Julie Miles. It is subsequently relaunched under a new name - Clarity Appointments Ltd. The sale ensures a bright future for the company and is well received by clients and candidates alike.
